- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 8 oz Sliced Ham
- 8 oz Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Layer the sliced ham generously over the bottom halves.
- Add the cheese next, spreading it evenly over the ham.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, finely chopped onion, and poppy seeds.
- Spread this mixture over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on and gently press down.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder.
- Brush this mix generously over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
Make sliders ahead of time and refrigerate overnight for easy baking before serving.
