Description

Deliciously sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with savory ham, melty cheese, and a hint of Dijon mustard, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 oz Sliced Ham
  • 8 oz Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer the sliced ham generously over the bottom halves.
  4. Add the cheese next, spreading it evenly over the ham.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, finely chopped onion, and poppy seeds.
  6. Spread this mixture over the cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and gently press down.
  8. In another bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder.
  9. Brush this mix generously over the top of the rolls.
  10. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

Make sliders ahead of time and refrigerate overnight for easy baking before serving.
