- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: flour mixture in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in the third.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip the coated tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the tender in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
- Arrange the breaded tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between them.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Prep your chicken tenders in advance and store them in the fridge. Air fry for an even crispier texture.
