Description

Deliciously crispy baked chicken tenders, perfect for family dinners or casual get-togethers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: flour mixture in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in the third.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip the coated tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Roll the tender in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
  6. Arrange the breaded tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between them.
  7. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Prep your chicken tenders in advance and store them in the fridge. Air fry for an even crispier texture.
