- 2 cups smashed potatoes (for the crust)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the smashed potatoes into a greased pie dish to form the crust.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until frothy.
- Stir in the cheese and bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the potato crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set and golden brown.
