Description

Delicious Apple Pie Bombs filled with spiced apples and covered in a crispy, buttery shell. A perfect dessert for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough to a 3-4 inch diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each flattened dough.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. <strongDip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in granulated sugar.
  7. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

You can prepare the apple filling in advance and store it in the fridge for up to two days before assembly.
