Delicious Apple Pie Bombs filled with spiced apples and covered in a crispy, buttery shell. A perfect dessert for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 2 cups of peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Flatten each biscuit dough to a 3-4 inch diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each flattened dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- <strongDip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in granulated sugar.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can prepare the apple filling in advance and store it in the fridge for up to two days before assembly.
