- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the almond flour, honey or maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Incorporate chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
