Description

Delicious, gluten-free cookies made with ripe bananas and almond flour, perfect for a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in the almond flour, honey or maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  4. Incorporate chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
