Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup fresh corn
  • 1 avocado
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned (7-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and avocado while the beef cooks. Add corn during the last minute for additional flavor.
