- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
