Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and golden brown.
- Add flaky sea salt after removing from the oven.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
