Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
- 1 cup cashew butter or almond butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- If using fresh strawberries, chop them into small pieces or mash them gently.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
