Description

Delicious and nutritious Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls that bring the flavors of your favorite dessert in a healthy snack form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
  • 1 cup cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
