Delicious spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms that are perfect for entertaining guests.

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
