- 10 slices of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus, removing the tough ends.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting from the bottom and spiraling up to the tip.
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a lower sodium option, use low-sodium prosciutto.
- Asparagus can be blanched for a couple of minutes before wrapping for a softer texture.
