Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and begins to boil.
- Reduce heat and add sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add mini marshmallows and nuts (if using), mixing until well combined.
- If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve the desired color.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
