Description

A delightful and creamy fudge that combines the sweetness of marshmallows with a hint of pink color, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and begins to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and add sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Add mini marshmallows and nuts (if using), mixing until well combined.
  6. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve the desired color.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and spread evenly.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
