- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup coconut water or lemonade
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend the fruits: In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped pineapple, hulled strawberries, coconut water (or lemonade), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in a handful of ice cubes to the fruit mixture and blend again until icy yet drinkable.
- Serve immediately: Gently pour the mixed slushie into prepared glasses. Optionally, swirl together the layers for an eye-catching presentation.
Notes
For an extra chilly slushie, freeze the fruits ahead of time. You can also try using different fruits or adding coconut cream for richness.
