Description

A delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and sweet peaches, nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) peaches in syrup, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Mix the filling by beating cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the chopped peaches, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  6. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Make ahead for better flavor. You can substitute fresh peaches or use an air fryer for a quicker bake.
