Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
