Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, and softened butter using an electric mixer until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined and smooth.
  4. Stir in the fresh orange zest for flavor.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually fold the dry mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the diced fresh peaches until evenly distributed.
