- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and milk to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
