- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the butterscotch chips, heavy cream, milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the butterscotch mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark butterscotch chips.
- Make sure to stir constantly to prevent the mixture from burning.
