Description

Chewy, nutty energy balls that provide a delicious and wholesome boost, perfect for snacks or pre-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or sunflower seeds)

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients: stir in nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until fully coated.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and press firmly.
  5. Refrigerate on a parchment-lined baking tray for at least 30 minutes.
