- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top with the buffalo chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
