Description

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of mashed avocado onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Roll each slice around the filling and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
