Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken breasts to the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
