Description

A refreshing and creamy drink that combines the tropical sweetness of mango with the earthy notes of matcha.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe mango (or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks)
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mango by peeling and pitting it, then slice into chunks.
  2. Blend the mango with about ½ cup of almond milk until smooth.
  3. Mix the matcha powder with a small amount of water to dissolve fully.
  4. Combine the mango puree, ice cubes, and remaining almond milk in a tall glass, layering the matcha on top.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired, and add sea salt before stirring to enjoy.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender for best results. Adjust sweetness according to mango ripeness.
