A refreshing and creamy drink that combines the tropical sweetness of mango with the earthy notes of matcha.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe mango (or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks)
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the mango by peeling and pitting it, then slice into chunks.
- Blend the mango with about ½ cup of almond milk until smooth.
- Mix the matcha powder with a small amount of water to dissolve fully.
- Combine the mango puree, ice cubes, and remaining almond milk in a tall glass, layering the matcha on top.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired, and add sea salt before stirring to enjoy.
Notes
Use a high-speed blender for best results. Adjust sweetness according to mango ripeness.
