Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add your high-protein noodles. Cook according to package instructions, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. Cook the Shrimp: Toss in the shrimp, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Vegetable Medley: Add the mixed vegetables to the pan, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing to combine everything well.
  7. Season and Serve: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
