- 1 cup whole wheat pizza dough
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, roughly 3×4 inches.
- Place a slice of mozzarella cheese and several slices of turkey pepperoni on one half of each rectangle.
- Sprinkle each filled section with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press down to seal.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
