Description

These High Protein Pepperoni Pizza Rolls redefine indulgence with a protein-packed twist while keeping your nutrition goals in sight. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles, roughly 3×4 inches.
  4. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese and several slices of turkey pepperoni on one half of each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle each filled section with Italian seasoning.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press down to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
