- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries for toppings
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Use a whisk or electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each one three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle toppings on top if desired before placing in the freezer.
- Freeze for about 3 to 4 hours or until fully set and firm to the touch.
- Pop out the bites and enjoy them straight from the freezer or store in an airtight container.
