- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup pretzels, chopped
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 2–3 cups strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash, dry, and dice the strawberries. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pretzels, pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Carefully incorporate the diced strawberries and the cooled crunch mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Consider making the salad ahead of time. It keeps well in the fridge for a few hours.
