- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 large russet potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season the cubed sirloin steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Layer the diced potatoes and chopped onion in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place the seasoned steak on top of the vegetables.
- Mix the minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top about 15 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
You can prep everything the night before and store in the fridge. Experiment with different vegetables for added flavor.
