Description

A comforting dish featuring chicken simmered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Mix together the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  5. Remove the chicken and shred it.
