- 4 cups beef broth

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Begin by placing the beef roast in your slow cooker, ensuring it lays flat for even cooking.
- Scatter the sliced onion and minced garlic around the beef.
- Pour in the beef broth and water, followed by Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low, cooking for about 480 minutes (8 hours).
- Once the beef reaches tenderness, remove it from the slow cooker using tongs.
- Use two forks to shred the beef.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir it into the broth.
- Prepare your hoagie rolls and pile on the shredded beef, topping with provolone cheese.
- Serve alongside au jus for dipping.
