- 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- In a separate pot, heat vegetable oil for frying.
- Shape wonton wrappers into taco shells and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Fill each wonton shell with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cabbage and diced green onions.
