- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 450°F (230°C) or preheat your oven.
- Whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange coated cauliflower in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare buffalo sauce by whisking together buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.
- Dip baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce, coating well.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
