Description

Delicious crispy buffalo cauliflower bites, perfect for a healthier twist on a classic appetizer. These spicy, crunchy bites are ideal for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
  • Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 450°F (230°C) or preheat your oven.
  2. Whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange coated cauliflower in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Prepare buffalo sauce by whisking together buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.
  7. Dip baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce, coating well.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with ranch dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
