Description

Delightful rollups filled with cream cheese and fresh fruit, perfect as a sweet breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 Soft Tortillas (flour or gluten-free)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 Bananas (sliced)
  • 2 Kiwi (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add honey if desired to the cream mixture.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries, bananas, and kiwi on top of the cream.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.

Make ahead by preparing the cream cheese mixture and cutting the fruit in advance.
