Description

Delightful bite-sized snacks filled with cream cheese, vibrant vegetables, and customizable flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tbsp everything seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: Sliced olives or jalapeños for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped chives, diced bell peppers, and everything seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the creamy mixture over the surface.
  3. Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  4. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces, approximately one to two inches wide.
  5. Arrange the bites on a serving platter and garnish with sliced olives or jalapeños. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later!

Notes

Make the filling a day in advance for convenience. For added crunch, lightly toast the rolled tortillas.
