- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp everything seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: Sliced olives or jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped chives, diced bell peppers, and everything seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the creamy mixture over the surface.
- Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces, approximately one to two inches wide.
- Arrange the bites on a serving platter and garnish with sliced olives or jalapeños. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later!
Notes
Make the filling a day in advance for convenience. For added crunch, lightly toast the rolled tortillas.
