Description

Cranberry Chocolate Chip Magic Bars are a delightful dessert combining the tartness of cranberries with the sweetness of chocolate chips, creating a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and nuts (if using) over the milk.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
