- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and nuts (if using) over the milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
