Description

A vibrant and creamy pasta salad inspired by the classic club sandwich, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spiral or rotini)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add your pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Strain in a colander and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine your ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooled pasta, diced turkey, ham, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and cubed cheddar cheese.
  3. Prepare the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Dress the salad: Pour the dressing over your pasta mixture. Stir gently to coat every piece evenly.

Notes
