Description

Delicious and nutritious Chocolate Chip Protein Bagels, perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack, combining the chewiness of bagels with the sweetness of chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-protein flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: high-protein flour, Greek yogurt, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually until the dough reaches a manageable consistency.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  5. Shape the dough into bagels by dividing it into portions and rolling into balls, then pressing a hole in the center.
  6. Transfer shaped bagels to a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
