Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: high-protein flour, Greek yogurt, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually until the dough reaches a manageable consistency.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Shape the dough into bagels by dividing it into portions and rolling into balls, then pressing a hole in the center.
- Transfer shaped bagels to a lined baking sheet.
