Description

A delightful Chicken Crunch Wrap combining crispy tostada shells with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy toppings for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 small crunchy tostada shells
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat and adding the seasoned chicken in the center.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
  4. Add a tostada shell on top for extra crunch.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a snug wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil.
  7. Golden brown the wrap seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Complete by flipping the wrap and cooking the other side until crispy.
  9. Slice the wrap in half and serve warm.
