- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 small crunchy tostada shells
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix the cooked chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat and adding the seasoned chicken in the center.
- Top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Add a tostada shell on top for extra crunch.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a snug wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil.
- Golden brown the wrap seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes.
- Complete by flipping the wrap and cooking the other side until crispy.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve warm.
