Description

A comforting and flavorful dish featuring Hawaiian rolls stuffed with creamy Ranch dressing, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 15 Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the 9×13 baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Assemble the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the baking pan.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  6. Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  7. Top with the other halves of the Hawaiian rolls.
  8. Prepare a garlic butter mixture and brush it over the top of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
