- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak tips and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and steak tips back into the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet, adding a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
