- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until browned and aromatic, then let it cool slightly.
- Combine brown sugar and honey in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth. Add the brown butter and mix thoroughly.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely in the pan before lifting out and cutting into bars.
