- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Hamburger Buns
- 1 cup Lettuce (Romaine or Arugula)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Creamy Sauce (mayonnaise or aioli)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat until it’s nice and hot.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously on both sides.
- Place the salmon in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly in the skillet or toaster.
- Assemble the sandwich with the bottom bun, blackened salmon, lettuce, tomato, and creamy sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra flavor kick, consider adding avocado or pickles.
