Description

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta of choice
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water.
  2. Blend the cooked beetroot, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Warm the beetroot sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Combine the drained pasta with the warmed sauce in the skillet and toss well.
  5. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Notes
