Description

A delightful BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza featuring tender shredded chicken, smoky barbecue sauce, gooey mozzarella, and a touch of freshness from cilantro, all atop crispy flatbread.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread – 2 pieces
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded – 1 cup
  • BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce, mixing until well coated.
  3. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
