Ingredients
- Flatbread – 2 pieces
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded – 1 cup
- BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
- Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
