Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon for the frosting.
- Spread or pipe the frosting onto cooled donuts.
