Description

Delight in these savory bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese—a perfect sweet and salty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Medjool Dates
  • 6 Slices of Bacon
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • Toothpicks
  • Optional: Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the dates by making a small slit down each date and removing the pit if necessary.
  3. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese.
  4. Cut each bacon slice in half and wrap a piece around each stuffed date, securing it with a toothpick.
  5. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving if desired.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Stuff and wrap the dates a day in advance and bake before your gathering.
