Ingredients
- Dumplings (fresh or frozen)
- Soy Sauce
- Ground Meat (pork, chicken, or tofu)
- Shredded Cabbage
- Sliced or Shredded Carrots
- Chopped Green Onions
- Mozzarella Cheese (or a blend)
- Minced Garlic
- Minced Ginger
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground meat or tofu, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce; cook until veggies are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Layer in a baking dish: first dumplings, then half of the meat and veggie mixture, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For make-ahead tips, assemble the lasagna a day in advance and store in the fridge. For quicker cooking, use an air fryer.
